Hello to all URC staff and lecturers, especially to Mam A!
I’d just like to extend my deepest thanks to all of you, ‘coz really, I can definitely say that without your center’s guidance, it wouldn’t be possible for me to pass the NCLEX exam. First take! And after a month of waiting, I finally received my license card and certificate today Thank you for the motivation, confidence and tips that you unselfishly shared to all your students….
Just to share my path on how I ended up choosing URC and finally, seeing my name on the California BON RN listing: After taking the local boards last July 2010, I’m already in a hunt for a NCLEX review center, since becoming a USRN is the main reason why I took BSN. I went through the web looking at reviews, asked my friends around, and even visited the different centers here in the metro. What finally made me decide to enroll in URC is not just about the cost of their program (definitely a lot cheaper as compared to the rest out there), but their weekend schedule (I don’t want to be bombarded with a lot of infos all at once), their mode of teaching which is very light (my previous lecturers at school were from merge ) and my friends who kept on telling me “Pag dun ka, sure na!” So there, with my two other friends from BSN, we became part of URC from December 2010 to March 2011 Compre-weekend class. And needless to say, I am very thankful I chose your review. For the tips, the areas we need to focus on, the study materials and techniques, and most especially the attitude. I wasn’t able to take the final coaching ‘coz my relatives from the states visited, however, even though it took me a few more months before I finally took the examination (as my friend says, you can never be ready!), I just kept reviewing the materials from URC (wasn’t even able to read half of my saunders book!) and answering practice questions. Finally got the guts to set the date and took it July 14, then before the day ends went to St. Jude Manila (as they say, pray pray pray!) Went to Our lady of Manaog that Sunday, and the following day on my mom’s bday, got one amazing blessing from God! My name appeared on the California BON site! With my license number!
With determination, proper guidance and faith, you can never go wrong. As what was said during the novena mass at St. Jude right after my examination “Kung ang ginagawa mo ay isinapupuso mo, walang imposible at ito’y mangyayari.”
PS: Wasn’t able to say this in person to Mam A, but I just want to commend her on her amazing generous attitude. Unlike in others, it’s very admiring to see that not once did she say anything bad about other review centers or their lecturers, and she is even willing to share tips and infos to others even though they are not part of her center. Got nothing but praise for you mam!

i want to thank urc for helping me achieve my dream,.. to become a us registered nurse.. i recommend this review center because their review program is effective. they conduct live lectures, give examinations with rationale, provide test taking strategies, and crack endless jokes which brings fun while reviewing! =) not only that, they also assist their students on their application and give tips on finding job abroad. thanks for everything urc! =)
Preparing for NCLEX is not that easy,.. there are lots of lessons to study – topics to understand and drugs to memorize… pero sa sobrang kapal ng M.S., funda, MCHN at drug book – alin ba dun ang aaralin??!!
Then a friend told me “ mag URC ka, ok dun .. yung friend ko nakapasa sa NCLEX dahil sa URC, 75 questions lang yung questions sa NCLEX nya”
Presto! From Legazpi, I headed to URC in Makati for the Final Coaching last April 9 -18, 2011.. I’ve got no regrets kasi ang gagaling ng mga lecturers = )
Within that 10 day final coaching, URC has given me the confidence to pass the NCLEX you’ll be ready, you’ll be confident, you will pass NCLEX with Universal Review Center =)

Hi URC! All i can say is thank you! i’m from angeles city pampanga. i took the NCLEX compre review last dec.2010-march.2011. and took my nclex last march 22. The hassle of waking up early and the traffic i have to endure everytime i go to manila just to attend the review paid off!!! I am now a USRN. =) i’ll surely recommend URC to my friends. Thank you maam anaski and to all the instructors who gave their best in every review session… to all pinoy nurses planning to take nclex, urc wont let you down… =)GODBLESS and more power!
