The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a test conducted for students who need to demonstrate English proficiency for study or work in English-speaking countries. The IELTS has been recognized in many countries because it is used by educational institutions, employers and professional organizations as a measurement of English proficiency.

Universal Review Center has recognized IELTS’ importance in improving student’s global competitiveness. Together with 9.0 Niner IELTS Review and Tutorial Center, they will conduct a 3-Month Unlimited IELTS Review at URC-Makati from June 1, 2009 to August 22, 2009
